Boylston Realty Advisors is Broker for Dandelion Jewelers

New Tenant Representation Assignment in New England

Wilmington, MA – January 19, 2009– – Boylston Realty Advisors, a commercial real estate company specializing in brokerage and advisory services, today announced a new regional tenant representation assignment for Dandelion Jewelers in New England.

The Wilmington-based firm was recently appointed the broker for Dandelion Jewelers, a jewelry company offering unique, handmade jewelry for women.

Dandelion currently has six locations in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and will be opening its first store in Massachusetts at Legacy Place in Dedham. In its role as the broker for New England, Boylston Realty is seeking A+ locations in major retail nodes, 900 s.f. – 1,400 s.f. end caps or inline space with a 20 foot minimum frontage. Preferred sites would be lifestyle, power centers and downtown storefronts, with upscale co-tenancy.
