Boylston Realty Advisors Represents Aspen Dental

Lease signed for new store in Hyannis

Wilmington, MA – April 9, 2009– – Boylston Realty Advisors, a commercial real estate company specializing in brokerage and advisory services, today announced that Aspen Dental Management, Inc. has entered into a lease for a new 3,000 square foot store in the Festival at Hyannis shopping center in Hyannis, MA.

The store is located at 1070 Iyannough Road & Route 132 in Hyannis next to The Vitamin Shop and is expected to open mid-summer.

As the exclusive broker for Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine and Rhode Island, Boylston Realty is seeking additional A+ retail locations, 3,200 s.f. – 3,600 s.f. free-standing and end caps with a 40 foot minimum frontage. The sites must offer high retail visibility, including maximum store front, pylon signage, strong traffic counts, great access and ample convenient parking.

Boylston’s Jeff Bruk acted as the point service provider on behalf of Aspen Dental Management with the landlord, Kimco Realty Corporation.
