Boylston Realty Advisors Signs Lease with Vintner's Cellar

Custom winery opens in Wilmington, MA

Wilmington, MA – September 4, 2008 – – Boylston Realty Advisors, a commercial real estate firm specializing in brokerage and development advisory services, today announced that they have entered into a lease agreement with Vintner’s Cellar Wilmington, a custom winery located at 335-337 Main Street in Wilmington.

Vintner’s Cellar, a boutique winery specializing in wine made directly on the premises, is occupying 3,000 square feet of the newly renovated 12,000 square foot retail strip center on Route 38 just minutes from the MBTA Commuter Rail and is now open for business.

Vintner’s joins Supercuts and Hancox Kitchens already in the building, with a contract signed for 5,000 square feet with Max Discount, leaving only a 2,200 square foot end cap available for lease. Also available is a 3,600 sq. ft. pad site permitted with drive-thru access.
