Boylston Realty Advisors and Closet Factory Sign Lease Agreement

Custom closet maker coming to Wilmington

Wilmington, MA – November 7, 2008 – – Boylston Realty Advisors, a commercial real estate firm specializing in brokerage and advisory services, today announced that Closet Factory has leased 2,800 square feet of the 73,000 square foot mixed-use building located at 355 Middlesex Avenue in Wilmington, MA.

With over 50 locations throughout the United States, this is Closet Factory’s first Massachusetts location. The leased space, adjacent to the RMV, will include a sales and showroom area for their custom designed and manufactured closet solutions.

A lease is pending for 1,900 square feet of the 3,400 square foot pad site with drive-thru access, leaving only 1,300 square feet still available in the entire mixed use project.

Occupancy is expected in January.
