Boylston Realty Advisors is Exclusive Broker for Dollar General

New Tenant Representation Assignment in New Hampshire

Wilmington, MA – November 13, 2008 – – Boylston Realty Advisors, a commercial real estate company specializing in brokerage and advisory services, today announced a new tenant representation assignment for Dollar General Corporation in select New Hampshire counties.

The Wilmington-based firm was recently appointed the exclusive broker for Dollar General, a leading discount retailer of top quality brands made by America’s most-trusted manufacturers, such as Procter & Gamble, Kimberly Clark, Unilever, Kellogg’s, General Mills and Nabisco.

Located in major retail areas, Dollar General has more than 8,300 neighborhood stores and nine distribution centers located in thirty-five states, and in its role as the exclusive broker for Coos, Carroll, Strafford, Belknap and Rockingham counties, Boylston Realty is seeking strip center locations, 9,100 square feet, 70 foot minimum width and no elbow locations. The sites must offer good visibility and site access, pylon signage, strong traffic counts, 5 to 1 parking ratio and easy truck and delivery access.

Boylston’s Jeff Bruk is the point service provider for Dollar General Corporation.
