Boylston Realty Advisors is Exclusive Broker for Aspen Dental

New Tenant Representation Assignment in New England

Wilmington, MA – November 12, 2008 – – Boylston Realty Advisors, a commercial real estate company specializing in brokerage and advisory services, today announced a new regional tenant representation assignment for Aspen Dental Management, Inc. in the New England market.

The Wilmington-based firm was recently appointed the exclusive broker for Aspen Dental, one of the nation’s pre-eminent and fastest-growing Retail Dental Practice Groups with more than 200 locations nationally, serving more than 200,000 new patients per year.

Located in major regional retail areas, Aspen Dental launched approximately 50 new locations in 2008 throughout the United States and in its role as the exclusive broker for Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine and Rhode Island, Boylston Realty is seeking A+ retail locations, 3,200 s.f. – 3,600 s.f. free-standing and end caps with a 40 foot minimum frontage. The sites must offer high retail visibility, including maximum store front, pylon signage, strong traffic counts, great access and ample convenient parking.

Boylston’s Jeff Bruk is the point service provider for Aspen Dental Management.
