Boylston Realty Advisors Signs Lease with Max Discount Shop

Retail merchandise and clothing store to open in Wilmington

Wilmington, MA – September 10, 2008 – – Boylston Realty Advisors, a commercial real estate firm specializing in brokerage and development advisory services, today announced that they have entered into a lease agreement with Max Discount Shop, located at 335-337 Main Street in Wilmington.

Max Discount Shop, a general merchandise and clothing store is occupying approximately 5,000 square feet of the newly renovated 12,000 square foot retail center on Route 38 just minutes from the MBTA Commuter Rail.

Max Discount, who is expected to occupy the premises by the end of the year, joins Supercuts, Hancox Kitchens and Vintner’s Cellar Wilmington already in the building leaving only a 2,200 square foot end cap available for lease. Also available is a 3,600 sq. ft. pad site permitted with drive-thru access.
