T-Mobile Opens at Bell Circle Plaza

National retailer opens in Revere, MA

Wilmington, MA – September 10, 2008 – – Boylston Realty Advisors, a commercial real estate firm specializing in brokerage and development advisory services, today announced that T-Mobile has entered into a lease at the Bell Circle Plaza in Revere, MA.

T-Mobile occupies a 2,600 square foot end cap at 3 Everett Street, following the completion of the 50,000 square foot retail shopping center located in the densely populated Bell Circle area in Revere. Boylston Realty Advisors acted as a consultant to the owner of the property during the leasing process, along with Strategic Retail Advisors, the landlord broker.

T-Mobile joins Advance Auto Parts as the first two national tenants at the new shopping center. There are a number of pending lease agreements in process but lease opportunities still exist for small to mid-sized tenants.
