Boylston Realty Advisors Selected as Listing Agent and
New Property Manager for Nobscot Shopping Center

Wilmington, MA – November 4, 2011 – Boylston Realty Advisors, a commercial real estate company specializing in brokerage and advisory services, today announced that they will act as listing agent and property manager for the Nobscot Shopping Center in Framingham, Massachusetts. .

Boylston Realty is working with SUPERVALU, Inc., a Fortune-100 company and the third largest food supplier in the United States, in the redevelopment, leasing and property management of this 46,000 square foot vintage shopping center.

Jeff Bruk, who is spearheading the leasing activity, adds the support of an experienced team of senior level brokers to an aggressive leasing program that is now underway. Bruk states, "Boylston Realty is confident that we can attract new tenants to the center in order to set in motion a major renovation project. One that will bring new life to this community shopping center."

Boylston's Paul Kneeland will also be working with SUPERVALU, town officials and the brokerage team, on the redevelopment effort to transform the property into a vibrant community shopping center for the area.
