Boylston Realty Advisors Represents Hobby Lobby

New Store for Manchester, New Hampshire

Wilmington, MA – September 19, 2011 – Boylston Realty Advisors, a commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm, today announced that Hobby Lobby, the nation’s third largest craft supply and fabric retailer, has completed a lease for 68,000 square feet in the South Willow Shopping Center in Manchester, New Hampshire.

Oklahoma-based Hobby Lobby Creative Centers has over 490 locations in 40 states with each store housing over 60,000 items within 13 departments. This will be the first store to open in New England.

Hobby Lobby joins co-tenants Staples, Chuck E Cheese and others and is conveniently located directly across from the Mall of New Hampshire and is now open for business.

Boylston’s Jeff Bruk was the point service provider for Hobby Lobby for this transaction.
