Boylston Realty Advisors Procures Site for The Keith Corporation

Wilmington, MA – September 16, 2011 – Boylston Realty Advisors, a commercial real estate company specializing in brokerage and advisory services, today announced that they have signed and closed on a Purchase & Sale agreement for a 3.8 acre site in Leominster, Massachusetts for the construction of a new Tractor Supply Company store.

The building will be approximately 19,000 square feet with a 15,000 square foot fenced outdoor sales for large agricultural equipment.

Tractor Supply Company is the largest retail farm and ranch store chain in the United States offering feed, fencing, mowers, tools, work clothing and more. The company operates more than 1,043 retail stores in 44 states and also serves suburban and rural homeowners, as well as contractors and tradesmen.
