Ray Kenney Joins Boylston Realty Advisors

Wilmington, MA – July 27, 2011– – Boylston Realty Advisors, a commercial real estate firm specializing in brokerage and advisory services, today announced that Ray Kenney has joined the company as an advisor focusing on expanding the company’s retail brokerage business.

In the real estate business for over 24 years, Ray’s focus is on retail landlord representation, along with consulting and project leasing.

During his career, Ray has worked with Northstar Centers, KS Partners, Supervalu, Saxon Partners, Linear Retail Properties, and many other landlords. He has completed several hundred retail lease and sale transactions. Most recently, Ray’s projects include the repositioning of Stateline Plaza in Plaistow, New Hampshire and the Parkman Brook Shopping Center in Stratham, New Hampshire for Northstar Centers.
