Daniel J. Connelly Joins Boylston Realty Advisors

Wilmington, MA – May 5, 2011– – Boylston Realty Advisors, a commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm, today announced that Daniel J. Connelly has joined the company as an advisor focusing on expanding the company’s retail brokerage and landlord representation business.

In the real estate business for over 20 years, Dan has had extensive experience in marketing, leasing and the sale of commercial real estate, with a strong emphasis in project leasing for shopping center properties.

During his career, Dan has negotiated agreements as large as 165,000 square feet for Lowes and as small as 500 square feet for Verizon Wireless. He has worked with prestigious asset management companies including Madison Marquette, INVESCO, Lennar, California Teachers Pension Fund and Stop & Shop. In addition, Dan has worked with tenants such as Sherwin Williams, Rent-A-Center, Outback Steakhouse, Flag Ship Cinemas, Chunky’s Cinema Pub, Dollar Tree, West Marine, CVS and Family Dollar.
