Boylston Realty Advisors Completes Leases with Connecticut Mobile

Multiple leases signed for T-Mobile Limited Partner stores

Wilmington, MA – June 25, 2010 – Boylston Realty Advisors, a commercial real estate company specializing in brokerage and advisory services, today announced that Connecticut Mobile, a T-Mobile Limited Partner for the State of Connecticut, has opened six stores in Connecticut.

As a participant in T-Mobile’s Limited Partner program, these stores will carry the full T-Mobile product line, and have a look and feel comparable to T-Mobile corporate stores. Plans call for 6-10 additional openings in the next 12 months.

Dan Rabazzi of Boylston Realty Advisors is representing the tenant in their Connecticut expansion. They are actively seeking sites 1,600 sq. ft. to 2,000 sq. ft. in densely populated areas, within strong retail areas.
