Men’s Warehouse signs lease with Boylston Realty Advisors

National retailer to open in Dartmouth, MA

Wilmington, MA – May 10, 2010 – Boylston Realty Advisors, a commercial real estate company specializing in brokerage and advisory services, today announced that Houston-based Men’s Warehouse has entered into a lease agreement in Dartmouth, Massachusetts.

Founded in 1973, Men’s Warehouse is one of the nation’s largest specialty retailers of men’s apparel with 1,294 stores nationwide. They have signed a lease for 6,000 square feet at the Dartmouth Mall in Dartmouth, MA.

Men’s Warehouse is currently occupying the space and joins Sears, Macy’s, JC Penny, and Old Navy as co-tenants.

John McDonald of Boylston Realty represented Men’s Warehouse in this lease transaction, working with the owner, Preit.
