Boylston Realty Advisors Signs Multiple Leases with Petsmart

National retailer to open in Chelmsford, MA & Enfield, CT

Wilmington, MA – May 10, 2010– – Boylston Realty Advisors, a fully-integrated commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm, today announced that Phoenix-based Petsmart Inc. has entered into multiple lease agreements in Chelmsford, Massachusetts and Enfield, Connecticut.

Petsmart, the largest retailer of pet services and solutions with more than 1,150 stores nationally, has signed a lease for 26,000 square feet formerly occupied by Linens n’ Things on Route 110 in Chelmsford, MA.

Petsmart joins Kohl’s, Michaels, Staples, Aspen Dental and Famous Footwear at the Chelmsford Shopping Center and is expected to be open for business in the Fall of 2010.

The company also signed an 18,000 square foot lease at Brookside Plaza Shopping Center on Route 190 in Enfield, Connecticut. Currently open for business, they join Shaw’s, Bed, Bath & Beyond, and Staples. John McDonald of Boylston Realty represented Petsmart in this lease transaction, working with the owner, Equity One.
