John McDonald Joins Boylston Realty Advisors

Wilmington, MA – September 10, 2009– – Boylston Realty Advisors, a commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm, today announced that John McDonald has joined the staff of the company focusing on expanding the company’s retail brokerage business.

With 25 years experience in the retail real estate industry, John has represented an extensive and prestigious list of the most prominent landlords and retail tenants in New England.

During his career, John has negotiated hundreds of leases as well as represented owners in the sale of over 2,000,000 square feet of investment property. In his role at Boylston Realty Advisors, John will be active in representing retailers in their expansion plans throughout New England. Those clients include Petsmart, The Sports Authority, Bob’s Discount Furniture, The Men’s Warehouse, K& G Fashion Centers and Applebee’s.
