David Birmingham Joins the Boylston Realty Advisors Team

Focusing on tenant representation

Wilmington, MA – September 10, 2009– – Boylston Realty Advisors, a commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm, today announced that David Birmingham has joined the staff of the company focusing on expanding the company’s retail brokerage business.

In the real estate business for over 16 years, Dave has extensive experience in retail tenant representation, real estate development and real estate consulting in the New England region.

During his career, Dave was responsible for the leasing and management of over seven million square feet and has represented national and regional retailers such as, Marshall’s, T.J. Maxx, HomeGoods, AJ Wright, A.C. Moore, DSW and many others. Currently, Dave is representing Office Max, Bob’s Discount Furniture, and The Sports Authority.
